Faith-Based Dispute Resolution

Faith-Based Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services at The Agape Center we provide a pathway to peace that respects both emotional wellbeing and spiritual conviction. We recognize that clarity, compassion, and a process grounded in truth, dignity, and reconciliation are vital to healing.

At The Agape Center, we integrate trauma-informed care, pastoral wisdom, and evidence-based mediation practices. Our mission is to assist individuals and families in navigating difficult conversations, resolving disputes, and rebuilding trust without the adversarial pressures typical of litigation. Each session is confidential, respectful, and guided by Faith principles of restoration, humility, and accountability.

As part of our commitment to effective solutions, we highlight that Dispute Resolution is a viable alternative to traditional litigation. Instead of pursuing resolution in the adversarial courtroom context, disputing parties can utilize methods such as:

Mediation - A neutral third party (mediator) facilitates communication and negotiation between disputing parties to achieve a mutually acceptable, voluntary agreement.
