Agape Crisis Respite unite (CRU) Wellness Center is a faith-centered space of rest, hope, healing, and renewal for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, Complex PTSD, psychological and medical recovery, and mental health abuse, including narcissistic abuse as well as trauma related to marriage and divorce. We provide individualized, compassionate support designed around your needs to facilitate your mental health recovery in a safe and nurturing environment—without group therapy.

Our approach incorporates faith-based counseling, emotional care, encouragement, and one-on-one counseling sessions that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We recognize that psychological and emotional abuse can significantly affect mental health, self-worth, and a sense of safety. Our mission is to provide a private, safe haven where individuals are loved, received, and gently supported on their healing journey.

Through guided self-care and reflective practices combined with faith-based encouragement, we help individuals rebuild inner strength, restore peace, and reconnect with hope. Remember, you are not broken, and you are not alone—our center is a place for you to rest, recover, and move forward with grace, including access to essential trauma support and respite care.
