Christian Trauma Respite Care at the Agape Center is a faith-centered space of rest, hope, healing, and renewal for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, Complex PTSD, psychological and mental health abuse, narcissistic abuse, marriage and divorce-related trauma. We provide a private, compassionate, Christ-centered support designed to help individuals pause, breathe, and begin healing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our approach integrates biblical encouragement, emotional care, one-on-one counseling sessions, and practical self-care practices to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We understand that psychological and emotional abuse can deeply impact mental health, self-worth, and one’s sense of safety. Our mission at Agape New Braunfels is to offer a private safe place of refuge where individuals are loved, believed, valued, and gently supported on their healing journey.

Through guided self-care, reflective practices, and faith-based encouragement, we help individuals rebuild inner strength, restore peace, and reconnect with hope. You are not broken, and you are not alone—this is a place to rest, recover, and move forward with grace.
